I picked up Grayson #1 this week, one of my first new DC titles in a while, and it was clean, interesting, and definitely worth the read now that the character is outside of the Bat-book universe.
Now it looks like Batgirl is getting a similar refresh, and I like what I'm reading and seeing about it (they had me at "Leather Jacket NOT Spandex"). I love Gail Simone, and I'll be checking out her new project, too, but this is looking good.

Well this should be interesting. At least this time it looks like Simone isn't being kicked off.
Exclusive: ‘Batgirl’ Gets A Brand New Look From DC Comics
Writers Cameron Stewart and Brenden Fletcher join newcomer artist Babs Tarr for a new take on DC Comics’ heroine, starting in Batgirl #35.
It looks interesting, albeit a bit young for Barbara, the way she is currently portrayed.
Also, DC can't fire Gail Simone until they complete their move to California. Manhattan subways and buses make it too easy for the peasants to rise up and storm the Bastille.
It does have a younger feel to it, +Curt Thompson. I don't know that's a bad thing, and it's certainly not that I expect consistent decisions out of DC.
Exciting, I've purchased every new 52 Nightwing and Batgirl for when my kids come of age. May need to add Grayson to that box.
I been on and (mostly) off with Batgirl; too grim-gritty since the Nu52, for the most part. I've never been much of a Nightwing fan, though I did enjoy Dick's time as Batman (is that still in-continuity?), but "Grayson" was quite enjoyable as a first issue.
