I'm no expert but this looks pretty bogus. Besides being a little too incredible:
The bumper of that car never moves at all when the bike hits it and if you watch the first cell tower (the one with the antennas mounted on it just before the bikes enters the frame) it jumps and warps as it pass the camera on the right of the screen. that might be the the buses window but the other poles don't move as much.
Searched around on the internet…maybe it is real. Eh, Russians….
If it's a setup, it's a darned good one. Plus the motorcycle looks to be in pretty bad shape.
