The plight of comics creator Stan Sakai — supporting his wife Sharon as she suffers through an incurable brain tumor — got some shouting out from BoingBoing today. There's a PayPal link in the article, and a lot of discussion about the Sakai Project book that was put together, but I'd urge you as well (for your own benefit) to look at picking up some of the collections of his Usagi Yojimbo collections, or his recent 47 Ronin collaboration, all of which are excellent.
Stan's a neat guy, and his wife a lovely lady, and I'd love to see further support for them in this difficult time.
