+Kay Hill watched a couple of classic "Twilight Zone" eps in social studies, for discussion of how they reflected 50s-60s Cold War fears:

"Living Doll" (Talking Tina)
"Eye of the Beholder" (the facial reconstruction one)

When she got home and told me about it, I quick checked and found out that TZ is available for free on Amazon Prime Instant Video, so we watched a few Season 3 classics:

"The Shelter" (talking about Cold War fears)
"It's a Good Life" (yes, Lennier had a troubled childhood)
"To Serve Man" (a long wind-up for a great pun)
"Nothing in the Dark" (thus giving Kay a full gamut of Robert Redford's career)

Thanks, Rod Serling, wherever you are.

  1. The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street always stuck with me. I also like It's a Good Life (because Bill Mumy), and how could you not show her Shatner's classic freak out in Nightmare At 20,000 Feet? 🙂

Plus all the ones previously listed.
    Plus all of them.
