I'd love to know a bit more about the background here — when and by whom the name was last changed — but it certainly doesn't look good that the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights has dropped the last couple of items off the name, and is now the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution.
Note that this was a long-term, deeply historical name. In fact, the longer name only dates back to 2011, when the Subcommittee on the Constitution was merged with the Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Law. Still, it's an interesting bit of naming and prioritization by Sen. Cornyn.

Sen. John Cornyn takes gavel of Judiciary subcommittee. And changes its name.
Speaks a lot about what they really think
