I really hate it when buildings are named after the primary tenant — more, more specifically, when they change names when said tenant moves. We have a lot of older buildings in Denver named after the original tenant/owner, but many of the skyscrapers put in during the 60s-80s end up with whatever tenant shells out enough to buy the naming rights and the sign at the top.
The result is place names that change, which doesn't make life easier for giving directions.
When I'm King of the World and wear a shiny hat, I'll do something about that.
