Fabulous art gallery which I enjoyed touring a few years back. And now, I guess, I can tour it whenever I want.
Your trivia for today: the Uffizi was the building erected next to the palace for the Medicis, housing the various magistrates and bureaucrats of Florence and Tuscany. The word lis a cognate with "Office." The Medicis stashed their artwork in the office spaces, and the collection remained even after that regime fell.
