Ask to lodge a complaint against the TSA, run the risk of being tossed in jail as someone making terror threats.
I'll be curious if the civil suit filed here goes anywhere. As it is, it certainly seems outrageous that perjury by the TSA supervisor involved hasn't led to (at least) getting his ass fired.
Polaneczky: Innocent frequent flier detained after run-in with TSA
When Roger Vanderklok asked to lodge a complaint after a TSA supervisor at Philadelphia International Airport acted unprofessionally, he was thrown into jail for 20 hours and charged with making terroristic threats.
I guess the main problem is that most Americans, especially the white male versions, have failed to figure out that we live in a nice safe police state…a guilded cage version of an eastern bloc country. Somehow they have this wacky idea that the constitution still applies and that it is still September 10th 2001 and not the post 9/11, broken windows policing that we currently live in.
Special little snow flakes that think they have some sort of rights that will protect them when confronting the TSA, pilots, flight attendants, and the police just do not seem to understand that that world no longer applies, unless you are a right wing gun toting Christian in a place where the police force looks just like you, then you are fine.
