Shelterbox is, indeed, a very cool thing (http://www.shelterboxusa.org/), and their efforts (and the efforts of all relief agencies in Nepal) should be supported.
Indeed, in some ways Nepal is a much easier problem to address, short-term (even long-term) than Baltimore.
