I do actually hope (against hope) that the DC Cinematic Universe is going to turn out well. Regardless, this Marvel v. DC video is good for several chuckles.

ROFLMAO!!!!
I think eventually we might get some decent DC films. But not this current slate, with this current (complete lack of) artistic direction.
+Brittany Constable I'm hoping that there is "direction" beyond (or deeper) than we're seeing in general discussion. A bad set of DC movies will sour the entire industry on the super-hero genre.
They need to get an actual showrunner for it. They're trying to manage the creative decisions by corporate committee and it's just a disaster. I'm pretty sure Wonder Woman still doesn't have a script.
+Brittany Constable I definitely think a Kevin Feige sort of master producer would be of great importance. I can see it being sort of an evolving "decisions by committee" effort, and it may be the individual efforts shine through enough on their own that hiccups between them are okay … but we'll see.
In some ways, it's like the comics world. Do you have a strong, even overbearing top editorial direction (ironically, how DC has tended to operate of late), or do you let the individual writers have more of their way, even if that means tonal or even continuity conflicts between them? The difference is that movies cost gazillions of dollars, and the audience is very different.
