Sometimes Less Is More (Star Wars Edition)

The most recent Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer — with only visuals and the music.

I actually like it more than what was released. Which probably says more about me than anything else.

  1. It does work exceptionally well without dialogue.

My first thought on seeing the trailer was "That doesn't sound like John Williams. I wonder if those piano notes are his or if they just put some other music in, as is so often the case with trailers.

  2. I like the music-only edit but I still prefer the original. There's just something about Han Solo (of all people) talking about the Jedi being real. He's come a long way since the days of seeing the Force as a hokey religion.
