Apologies to anyone who didn't see this coming in the CW's The Flash from a mile away, and for whom this serves as a spoiler.
Okay, that's out of the way, so …. in Season 3 of The Flash, Wally West — the real name of Kid Flash in the comics[1] — will become Kid Flash. And his costume is a variant on the classic Kid Flash costume from the comics[2] (a costume that people have seriously called the Best Hero Costume Ever).
I just think that's cool.
I've not been a great fan of Keiynan Lonsdale's character in the show (not specifically the actor, just his story and such), but this was pretty much inevitable, and so I'm glad they're doing the costume up right. (See http://goo.gl/ffb9ef for another shot of it.)
