Donald Trump doesn't like regulations on business. Anything that stands in the way of business profits is, per se, a bad thing and should be gotten rid of.
Which is, if you think of it, sort of an odd attitude for a man who has also declared a heart allegiance to "law and order." Business regulation is, after all, law and order applied to business practices.
Just handwaving the principle of deregulation isn't helpful without specifics, except to highlight that Trump considers "business growth" as a paramount value for government.
