There are certainly far greater personal sins than driving your golf cart across the putting green — but to me this is emblematic of the self-focused, entitled, norm-disregarding, lazy, impulsive, "it never occurred to me not to do something I wanted" attitude of Donald Trump. And a clue to how he treats much more serious subjects.
