And I do say this to anyone, even if I disagree with your politics. The intrinsic value of social engagement and voter turnout in a democracy is immense.
But I admit I will say it more loudly to people who are sick and disgusted with this President and his party-fellow-travelers in the House and Senate. If you don't play, you can't win. If you don't vote, you can't stand any chance of changing things. If you don't register, you can't vote.

In many states, the deadline to register to vote is tomorrow.
#VoteBlue #bluewave2018 #VoteThemOutUpdate: Please double-check the date for your state as well as your registration status. The graphic below apparently contains at least one error (PA) but I'm leaving this post up as a general reminder.

I'm in limbo with my certificate of birth abroad lost, and I've already had one application for a replacement consular report returned to sender with no real clear reason as to why it failed. Turnaround is weeks.
Until I get that birth certificate I can't get a local driver's license and hence can't vote locally. It's ridiculous.
