Managed to snag Margie's range of choice for a significant discount. A GE Monogram 36" Dual-Fuel Professional Gas Range with 6 Burners (ZDP366NPSS). That's plenty of range-top space, plus a convection oven that will hold a full baking sheet.
That'll be at the warehouse for a few weeks, yet, but it's one more item figured out and lined up.
