Well, the last couple of weeks have been tumultuous, diet-wise. I mean, coming off of KOA we had the Fourth of July weekend, complete with a mini-Margie Gras. And then I got sick. And this past weekend was probably overly-indulgent, and I’ve been doing a piss-poor job tracking my intake.
So it was with some trepidation I got on the scales this morning.
207. Right where I was last time on them.
I dunno. I guess I’m pleased that if this is a plateau in my trying to get lower, it also seems to be a ceiling in my getting back higher.
Anyway, back into the discipline today. So to speak.
Some weeks it’s just a bear to get motivated again — I know this one all too well.

I’ve slacked off as mush as I can without dropping back into some bad habits, so it’s time to get back into building up the good ones. Thanks for the encouragement.
