  1. yeah, yeah, yeah….your DCUO beta’s came through from SDCC, we get it. =P

  2. I certainly cannot publicly comment on anything that I am unable to publicly comment upon …

  3. After watching the DCUO character creation video, I have a hypothetical question for you. If you were in a beta for a game that allowed you to become part of a group of heroes, a Bat-family or Super-family as it were, which of these costume styles would first adorn one of your heroes, if any?

  4. Hmmm. Hard to say. I’ve never been that hot and heavy into the standard 4-color spandex hero look, so unlikely Supes — though that’s a nice set of powers. I’ll have to look at the video to see what it says.

  5. I submitted an image of the receipt for my preorder here, and so should be in the beta before too long (assuming nothing went wrong–I noticed after submission that the file size was too large, but it appears to have accepted it anyway).

  6. I’m in! Avocet just helped Batwoman take down the Scarecrow on the PCBeta 3 server.

    No autorun? 🙁

  7. Auto-run and Auto-fly are skills you can buy after level 9.

  8. I did discover that after pressing W I can hit the Supermove Lock key to automove. I just have to remember to hit S and not W to stop moving.

  9. Were you able to open the door in Bane’s venom distribution center? The only thing I can find that looks like it might be a power source is a nearby machine that blows up when I use it.

  10. Ah. Trickstress helped me. I didn’t understand the the timer showed how much time I had to move it before it blew up. 🙂

  11. I am also trying to unlock that door lever in Bane’s base, but no luck. I assume I just have to beat the cloak, but I have even made it all the way to the lever and hit O in time, and it still doesn’t work. I have even turned around after the failed attempt to see the damned thing blowing up! Is there something I am missing?

  12. My mistake was in not realizing that the countdown timer on the power source was showing me how long I had to get it to the door control. The other player actually performed the maneuver, so I don’t know exactly what was done. She was able to pick up the power source and run with it to the door control, after which I was able to open the door. Try using the power source once the countdown timer starts and see if that lets you pick it up.
