LotRO has an interesting “hard mode.” Dungeons with this option simply have additional goals, such as “kill all three bosses within 30 seconds of each other” or “kill the boss before any adds.” Achieving this goal results in “phat loot.” Failure simply means that you get the standard rewards. There’s no change in the encounter itself, only in how you choose to play it.
