Tropical Mimosa

Kick that brunch Mimosa up a notch!

 Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c Mango Nectar
  • 1/2 c Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 c Orange Juice

Alcoholic Version
         Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
Non-Alcoholic Version
        Sparkling White Grape Juice or Sparkling Apple-Mango Juice – or any sparkling juice

Directions:

  1. Once you have your juices mixed, you need to mix your Mimosa. Use  a 50/50 ratio of sparkling drink to juice
  2. Pour the sparkling drink in the glass before the juice.
  3. If you want to be classy, use champagne glasses. If you don’t care, use whenever you have around!
  4. You can also garnish it with sliced pineapple slices if you want to be really fancy.

Serves:  1 (for a little while – mix a batch of juices and be ready for the crowd!)
