Directions: Can an average cook follow the instructions?
Layout: How easy are the recipes to read? Is the book well organized?
Index: Can I find what I want even if I don’t know the recipe’s title?
Annotations: Are there useful notes and sidebars about the recipes?
Extras: Is the non-recipe information interesting?
Value: Do the number of usable recipes and extras make it worth the price?
Overall: How much do I like the book?
The ratings will be text: None, Poor, Average, Good, Excellent.
