Dark & Stormy

Ingredients

• 2 parts Dark Rum (traditionally Gosling’s Black Seal)
• 3 parts Ginger Beer

Instructions

1. Mix in a Collins glass (tall tumber)
2. Add ice
3. Add in a quarter/wedge of lime per glass
