Just like roasted Brussel sprouts, only prettier!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350 °.
- Cut the cabbage in quarters.
- Remove core
- Slice thin – less than 1/4 inch.
- Spread on rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with oil and salt.
- Roast for 20 minutes, or until slightly crispy around the edges.
