I might upgrade them to a later Netscape. Though that means that remote support will devolve to me, which is a horror beyond all other horrors …
How old is the Mac? If you don’t have any politcal compunctions about MS and they can comfortably run IE 5, then you should swith ’em to that. It’s the browser, not the OS that is having troubles. 😉
It’s a nice, shiny, new iMac. I just don’t want to screw around with their settings if I can avoid it. Bad joss. Not to mention imposition of remote tech support duties.
