A fellow who spotted a man and woman having sex in an alley behind a bar, and who casually asked, “Having fun?” was then attacked by the man with a piece of pipe.
The interrogator ended up in the hospital. The assailant ended up in jail.
In a nice bit of understatement, the compaint against the assailant reads,
“Spontaneous interruption of a public sex act to engage in an aggravated assault should be considered as a strong indication of a seriously unaddressed anger management problem.”
I’ll say.

Wow, it doesn’t get much more romantic than sex in an alley. And how about a show of affection? Forget Hallmark….grab a pipe and beat someone with it!!
I suspect the lady in question might justifiably have some unaddressed anger, too …
At least the man had the good sense to take a lead pipe with him when having sex in an alley. Lots of dangerous characters in alleys.
