Qworst has been levied one of the largest slamming fine in US history, $3.25MM for switching someone’s long distance service to them without their permission.
They are also facing a $38MM fine in California for both slamming and cramming (charging for services, like call waiting, that were never ordered).
Qworst blames it all on third party companies they hired to front for them. As if that somehow keeps their hands clean.
Qworst’s credit rating just dropped three more steps on the junk scale.
