… and not a single itch.

I have never been so happy, nor can I think of — or even conceive of — anyone else who would be such a fine fit for me. I am extremely blessed, and lucky as all hell that Margie consented to spend her life with me.
She’s a friend, partner, lover, collaborator, co-parent, support, interior designer, cook, helpmate, professional woman, laugher-at of jokes, tolerator of foibles, and all-around swell person to know, let alone get to spend so many hours with each day. She makes my life better. She makes me better, too.
What a gal. (I thought so last year, too.)

Happy Anniversary, my love.
Congrats!
Here’s to a good night on the town tonight. 🙂
Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary, Dave and Margie!

Happy Anniversary Dave and Margie!
Congrats. Welcome to the Eight Year Club. May you have many more to come.
Awwwwww, that’s so cool!
I love hearing about the marriages that work, eh.
Happy Anniversary! Congrats! And may have many more happy years together!
Cool. Top hats should be required for all weddings.
Congratulations. Top hat or no, your lovely bride definitely outshines you 🙂
Glad things have worked out so well. I’m probably 80% happy for you and only 20% jealous.
By the way, in this picture, you don’t at all resemble Tom Bosley! In fact, you look like… like… Dr. Demento!
Heh.
Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. Courtesy of Doyce & Justin watching Kitten, Margie and I were able to get out for dinner at Le Central, which was quite nice. I gave Margie two bottles of ’95 port for her anniversary (which we’ll hold onto for a couple of decades), and she gave me a big transfer of money into the auto loan, making it much more likely that I’ll be driving something else come the next Slippery Season. (There was also a Mystery Gift which she’s going to give me later, time not permitting last evening.)
A good time was had by all.
Hey, Happy happy to you! And many more.
