I don’t think I’ve ever gotten to bed before 10:45.
I usually have difficulty sleeping when traveling on business. Excitement, or freedom, or something. I usually stay up way, way, way too late watching movies or playing games or surfing.
Last night, though, I was fading by 9, in bed by 10, lights off before 11. Probably just as well.
