Flying colors

For the record, things went much better than expected each step of the way on this trip, which was quite the relief. Folks I feared would resist were accepting of the changes. Folks I thought were going to be pushy were instead cooperative, even a bit nervous at times …

The folks I’m going to have working for me seem to be talented, willing, and — if I can pull them together as a group — a good team to start to my department.

Whew.

Now, of course, the real work begins.
