Much fun running about Disneyland with my and Margie’s folks, along with Mary and, later in the evening, Michelle. Restrained in our running, of course, by having Kitten along, but she had a great time as well, which was neat to see — watching her wave at the folks going by in the parade (and being waved back to) was really keen.

Not much to say about Disneyland. Crowded as all get-out, of course. The weather was nice. Realized it had been a while since we’d been to the Magic Kingdom here in California — we’ve come to Downtown Disney to eat a few times, and have been to the MK at WDW more recently. I’d had no idea, for example, that the Rocket Ships had been moved to the entrance of Tomorrowland.

Had fun, ate well, got to sleep in. Hard to ask for more from a vacation than that.

  1. WE may have been restrained in our running, but Katherine was not! And I’m not sure how many steps we took, but my feet are sore. I’m going to soak the ole dogs tonight!
