Over the past week, Margie …

… wrapped up work on a nicely advantageous home refinance for us. She initiated it, she shepherded it, she deserves the (so to speak) credit for it.

… followed through on ordering the central a/c we’d decided on. We start getting cool next month.

… called a dozen siding firms and set up a half-dozen appointments for this week.

… tracked down and called another dry wall company, so that we might finally get the dry wall mudding and texturing in the dining/family room done.

She rocks.
