My, but Katherine is growing like a weed! A very cute weed, of course 🙂

It looks a scosh on the blindingly orange side in the pics (due to the late afternoon sun). I’m hoping the Paint Police don’t decide it’s “all wrong.”

And, yes, she continues to grow and grow and grow. 🙂

And an amazing, unexpected, happy ending.

Three weeks ago, our 17yo, pudgy, arthritic Siberian slipped past me thru an open door, undetected. Her absence wasn't noticed until the next morning and there was no sign of her.

We had, frankly, lost hope.

This afternoon, a neighbor some houses away connected the dots between a poster I had put up and the cat that was hanging out in their window well, and contacted me.

And it was our cat, and she's now home (and getting much pampering).

Whew!
