    Reorgs = doubleplus fun!

    looks like your right on scedule from the last reorg. Every 18 to 24 months, if we need one or not.

    Let’s I hope they do a matrix…Matrix’s are unproductive and fun for all involved.;->

  2. Actually, the last re-org took place in December, so this is a wee bit rushed.

    That said, the direction of the re-org is one that I support wholeheartedly.

    We’re a matrixed org, which is almost impossible to avoid when you have a cross-section of disciplines vs projects. IT is a bit less so than the normal ops (and to their detriment, actually, since it means we tned to treat “projects” as “something extra to do aside from your day job”).
