Yes, that is, indeed, the French Quarter at Disneyland’s New Orleans Square. Note (circled) the tell-tale Disney trash can. The red shuttered windows at the end of the way belong to Studio 33, if I have my geography right. Which Ms. Butler, clearly, does not.
