Had dress rehearsal last night for Cotton Patch Gospel, with the opening tonight. Aside from a late start, and (again) balky mics, the dress went really well — as solid as performances we’ve done (which, I guess, is a good thing — but definitely better than our final dress before the last run).
No idea what the house is going to be like — will we get waves of diocesan convention-goers, eager for some nearby entertainment? Or a scattering of crickets echoing in the hall.
No worries. It will be fun, it will be exhausting, and, by Sunday night, it will be over. 🙂
