I have successfully updated my Amazon wish list, for those as have inquired.
I have also updated Katherine’s wish list. As a broader description, stuff she is really into right now includes:
- Stuffed animals.
- Dolls.
- READING. The girl is a reading fool. Books are always good.
- Science. (Magic School Bus, in book or video, is always welcome.)
- Word puzzles.
- Puzzle puzzles. More pieces than you would think (though intentionally hard ones, maybe not.)
- Games. She has a junior Monopoly that she enjoys, she’s learning chess and likes checkers.
- Arts and crafts.
Pink is no longer a must-have in clothing, and she’s also decided that jeans are cool. She’s wearing a size 6 these days, and M where not sized. She’ll always grow into something bigger.
Bling and stickers and decorative things like that are welcome.
Her hair is getting longer, so hair clips/ties/ponytailers of various types are cool.
Anything that would help her organize her room would be welcome by us. 🙂 (Though, to be fair, it’s not like she’s learned any good lessons from us.)
Character-wise, she’s enjoying Looney Tunes these days, and Tom & Jerry. Scooby-Doo is holding steady. The various Disney princesses are still highly rated, and she expressed interest in the new Disney Fairies stuff. Barbie seems to have diminished a bit. Cute stuffed animals are always, always welcome (to join the menagerie she already has). Various super-heroes (Justice League, Teen Titans, Legion of Super Heroes) are also things she really enjoys watching (yay!).
The stuff I have on her list is specific, but in a lot of cases general stuff of the same genre is good, too.
I’ll continue updating things out there as long as she keeps making suggestions.
Margie has a wish list, too, but she doesn’t spend a lot of time keeping it up. You’ll have to ask her what she wants. 🙂
