I’m actually blaming the backlog on my unwillingness to pour good wine that Jim couldn’t drink. I’m just too hospitable for my own good!
David — I do actually have space to expand (the back wall has only three tiers of racks, and could have 6-7, I think). But I’d like to approach the problem from the demand side rather than the supply … 🙂
