I am finding a huge attraction in the architectural accents of downtown Denver. Expect more. Biggest problem is doing it off of my cell phone, instead of a “real” camera — but that makes it a lot easier to post.
Last week, my Mom got to have a tour of the D&F Tower, from the bottom, the clock room, the balcony and the Cupula. Saddly it was a Mystery tour, so I missed out on it. There are somw amazing things they have done to restore it to how it looked back when the Entire D&F Building was there.
Most of the brass bit’s like that Sconce had to be recreated from the few originals that they stll had. The lobby ceiling is amazing.
