(She was, btw, amazing with the de-decoration. She worked with us the entire 3.5 hrs without complaints or whining. Very helpful, on all counts.)
Speaking of which, we still have (ahem) Christmas gifts, mostly for the Dust clan. That is, of course, why we were so delayed in taking down the decorations, but we finally had to do it. *sigh*
It needs some bellows work, but “aside from that,” it’s supposedly in good shape. If nothing else, it makes an excellent conversation piece and knick-knack holder.
“I put away my Christmas decorations for Lent” doesn’t exactly have the same victorious ring to it…

I was thinking of the Snake Plant although an Aspidistra (cast-iron plan) would also fit the theme.
For me the burning question is: does the pump organ work?
