Links (most recent first) that caught my eye, but did not warrant full-blown blog entries ….
- Good news in the U.K. as doctors vote to drop homeopathy funding from the NHS. – Good show, old beans! Nothing like actual science and empirical medicine to show the old gamey leg what’s what, eh?
- The play area of your local McDonald’s is not the place to masturbate while looking at porn. – Not even if they have free Wi-Fi.
- “Hear the Lamentation of the Women!” – I have a deep, quiet love for the hokey goodness of the Arnold Conan flicks. This only adds to that.
- Seagate ships 3 TB drives – I know future generatinos (or folks of 5 years from now) will laugh but … 3 Tb?! Yeesh! Whatever could one do with so much storage? (Followed by Dave wanting to rip all of his DVDs onto the drive and make it accessible through his TV …)
- A Lopsided Witness List – Well, we all know that ideology trumps reality when you’re talking about the Right.
- Jeff Sessions Comes Out Against Ideas – Ideas are bad! Judges should stick their fingers in their ears and shout la-la-la-I-can’t-hear-you! That’s what makes America great!

How would you make your hard drive accessible through your TV? I have heard of gizmos that contain hard drives and connect to the TV, but I got the impression that you are talking about a drive still in your computer. Can you do that?
No, it would have to be done (at this point) still via a computer.
