- ‘Leaving Islam?’ Bus Ad Still In Limbo in Detroit – I think it’s a bit more than just a “we support you if you’re looking for another path” kind of an add (as the implications are that the reader is leaving Islam because of threatening circumstances). My big question is how some of the folks that are so keen to see it posted would feel if it were analogously anti-Christian.

- Walmart Employees Fired For Stopping Armed Robber – Um … that just seems kinda crazy. I can see having the policy both to remove a certain measure of liability, or to provide leverage if an employee does something really stupid that endangers those around him. But applying it in some zany Zero Tolerance fashion is goofy.
