The GOP regularly lambastes the Dems in general and the Federal Government in particular for not giving businesses "certainty" in legal and tax and regulatory area.
Yet Mitt Romney seems to have no concerns about "certainty" for poor elderly and their medical care. Not only does he want to replace Medicare with a voucher system, not only does he want the vouchers to grow less medical inflation, but he wants Congress to vote exactly what that amount will be each and every year.
Apparently "certainty" is only for CEOs. #ddtb
