Meat! It’s What’s for Dinner!

I enjoy being omnivorous. Be it a juicy steak, a convenient hamburger, some roasted or fried chicken, or, of course, "meat candy" itself, bacon … I just like meat.

I also respect folks who take a vegetarian course, either out of health concern or, more especially, due to moral considerations. Certainly the nature of factory farms and the practices of industrial animal production represent the modern "sausage-making" of the meat-eating diet, and should give any feeling human pause.

So here's an interesting article about some vegetarians who learned, with appropriate limits, how to re-approach meat. #ddtb

  1. Edna says that she could happily give up all land-based meat, and become a “pescatarian”. I could probably follow, missing only duck and lamb. I do love my seafood.
