The Obama Administration has been disappointing in its weak tea approach to civil liberties and the War on Terror. But, in the face of a "toss 'em in the brig" law passed by Congress (one not fought too stringently by Obama, and that, it seemed, mostly because it was dictating to the Executive Branch how to prosecute things), it's gratifying to see the Administration at least exempt a few classes of individuals from auto-military-custody. #ddtb
