Those look great +Dave Hill. Are any of those from bulb? We had a mild Spring here but very short. It's 90 degrees today. So the bulb flowers didn't last long this year. But my weeds are thriving too.
No, they're mostly regular irises (so from rhizome, planted and transplanted a variety of times). We do have some Dutch Irises from bulb, but along with the tulips (a bumper crop this year), they're past prime.
Just curious. I tend plant bulbs mostly. Lucky for you on the tulips. I gave up trying to get them to grow here.
Those are so beautiful. I’ve always loved Iris. Owning a house is no longer something I miss, but I do miss my garden. Thank you for these pictures. They’ve brightened my day.
