This is where we need a "Damage Control" movie

How much would it cost if Manhattan were as damaged as the alien invasion (and repulsion) in "The Avengers" occurred? Um … a whole lot of money, that's how much.

Of course, this kind of thing happens in Manhattan on almost a weekly basis in the Marvel Universe (comic book edition, at least), so presumably reconstruction tech (assisted by Stark Corp.) is more sophisticated, and insurance companies better able to cope (or deny liability, at which point the government most likely steps in).

Just hope nobody asks about what sort of damage could have occurred if Iron Man hadn't physically intervened at one point.
