Well, not really, but …
I used to be a huge fan of Alan Funt's "Candid Camera". Over the years, in various incarnations, the pranks have gone from puzzling / mildly embarrassing, to … well … damned scary.
It's funny — I am fascinated watching the reactions of people to something like this, but at the same time I'm turned off by the idea of someone intentionally traumatizing folks (involuntarily) like this.
Am I growing up, or becoming a stick in the mud?

I find this highly amusing so I guess I've not grown up quite yet. Of course they're only showing you the folks who freaked out. I doubt it would work on me because I'd start looking to see where the little girl got in.
A fellow at work showed us a video of a guy scaring a woman who runs out of the house and gets hit by a car. We all found it very disturbing, but he kept watching it over and over, which we found even more disturbing. (For my own peace of mind, I have decided to believe that the video was a set-up and nobody was hurt. I hope I’m right.)
