What do you want to bet the parts that he and his cronies and backers depend on day-to-day won't be the "part" that shut down?
If I were a credit rating agency, I'd already be dropping the US credit score, on the assumption that bills aren't going to get paid on time — and make it clear that it will continue to drop the more dolts like this keep saying exactly that.
