Apple designer: This glass is only good for Apple Juice.
Project Manager: The requirements only specified we fill it that much.
Project Manager: We included some contingency in the glass size.
Project Manager: So when do you think you'll be able to fill up the rest of the glass — the customer is busting my ass over it.
They don't have my view: The glass is full (50% water and 50% air). I don't even know how to label that viewpoint.
