Interesting stuff here. Google is clearly not sitting on its laurels regarding search — and they equally clearly are best placed to do something about it (even if, as those stupid commercials try to convinced us, people prefer Bing because it has, I dunno, more pictures at the top of the results).
My biggest problems: I don't see myself using Conversational Search at the office or at home.
